A Level 1 referee course is being held in conjunction with the Devonport Pickleball Grand Slam 2026. The "Introduction to Officiating" Level 1 course is being offered to members who wish to become Referees. You will learn the basics of Refereeing in a fun and informative way and also gain supported practice during social play arranged for the next morning at the venue.
This is a fantastic opportunity for players and members of our pickleball community to develop their knowledge, gain official certification and play an important role in the future of our sport.
All applicants will be reimbursed the $50 course fee upon successful completion of their certification.
Becoming a referee is a great way to give back to the sport, support tournaments and help develop pickleball across Tasmania.
