South Hobart Pickleball Club has taken an exciting step toward incorporation, with members unanimously supporting the move at last Saturday’s meeting. The club also confirmed its official name and constitution and elected its inaugural office holders and committee. Congratulations to President Penny Douglas, Vice-President Penny Nicholls, Treasurer Liz Ellwood, Secretary and Public Officer Liz Gifford, and committee members Peter Carmichael, Keiko Dalby, Sandy Hodge, Lisa McCarthy and John Radonic. The club will now proceed with an application to the Commissioner for Corporate Affairs. Incorporation may take some time, but this milestone marks an important step forward.
